COUPON & DISCOUNT CODES
To redeem a coupon, enter the coupon's redemption code when you are paying for an item. Follow the steps to apply your code and complete the purchase. Only one coupon can be used per transaction.
The placement of orders will occur via our 100% secure and fully encrypted website. The online shopping cart that we use is administered by Cardsave who use their own secure servers and the latest encryption technology to process your credit card or bankcard details. If you prefer to place your order over the phone we are happy to accommodate this. Please feel free to call us on 01394 794365 (from overseas +44 1394 794365). Alternatively we can send you a manual order form to complete.
We will deliver your order to your chosen address. You may like us to deliver to a third party (e.g. a surprise gift). We would be only too happy to do this and can enclose a free gift card on your behalf. Please just let us know your greeting message plus any 'need by' dates once you have placed your order. You may also like to have your order specially gift-wrapped at a cost of £5.50 per item (excludes larger items which we determine can not be gift-wrapped due to size restrictions). Please just add the 'gift-wrapped' product when creating your order.
You will receive an immediate email notification upon completion of your order. Any queries relating to your order will be directed to the email address that you provide when checking out.
DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please inform us if your order is required by a specific date.
We aim to dispatch your order the same day it is received at our office (if before 12 noon on a working day), or the next working day, subject to availability. If an item is out of stock it can take up to 14 days for delivery to occur. We will always contact you straight away if an item you have purchased is not immediately available.
For multi-item orders where we are out of stock of an item we will make every effort to contact you. Failing that, as a principle, we will send the items we have in stock and the outstanding items will follow-on at no extra charge, unless instructed otherwise.
We will send you email confirmation that your order has been dispatched.
DAMAGES All damages and faults should be reported to us immediately. In the case of transit damage please retain the original packaging. Where a return is required please just contact us and we will liaise with you about the collection/return process.
With regards to products that are faulty, we will replace the component part where possible. If we cannot replace the faulty component we will then replace the whole product. Please be assured that your statutory rights remain unaffected.
We make every effort to ensure your order is delivered as per your instructions. For shipping information please see our delivery page. A signature will be required at the point of delivery. If you are out a card will be left requesting you contact your local post office or the courier's local depot to arrange re-delivery. If they do not hear from you within 5 working days your order will be returned to our office. If the delivery is returned to our offices we reserve the right to charge for re-delivery.

We are confident that all of our products are well made and meet current safety regulations. Manufacturers continuously modify and improve the quality and safety of their products to comply with changes in legislation. We reserve the right to update/change the specification of our products to comply with these changes.
It is our belief that this website displays our products realistically and accurately. We give sizes, advise whether adult assembly is necessary, and detail the CE recommended age where applicable. All colours displayed are as close to the actual product colour as possible. However, no guarantee is given that the products that you receive will be identical to those seen via this website. This is because the appearance of colours and sizes may vary dependant upon the monitor and browser that you use. In the unlikely event that you are disappointed with any products that you receive you may return them and a full refund, minus delivery charges, will be given. The condition to this is that we are informed of your intention and the item is returned within 14 days of receipt, and in an unused and re-saleable condition (inclusive of its original packaging).
