All our deliveries go by DHL 24 hour service, complete with email tracking and SMS notification. You can track your package here alternatively please call DHL directly on 02476937777. This is not an automated line and you will just need to quote your consignment number.
At order confirmation you will receive a booking reference direct from DHL with the tracking details. You will also be kept updated via email and SMS with your parcels status, right up to your door.
Orders take up to approximately 2 working days for processing unless the next day option is chosen. Deliveries are not normally made at weekends or bank holidays.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES (outside the UK)
Minimum order value for all non UK orders is approx. £130, this is due to VAT changes due to Brexit, no order under €150 can be sent. This will be reflected in your cart.
We currently ship to most European, USA and international addresses. If your option is not show on the checkout page please contact us for a quote. Prices quoted for delivery is based on a 31kg volumetric package which covers all items including doll houses, for larger items such as furniture additional charges may be required. If at booking your shipment there are additional costs we will confirm with you prior to shipping your order, we do our upmost to offer the best shipping costs for our international customers.
All orders will go with our courier and we ship worldwide on a 2 - 4 day service depending on final destination.
Please also note that all taxes or duties associated with any overseas order are the responsibility of the recipient, and as is customary, returns are at the buyers' expense.
FURNITURE DELIVERIES AND TO EUROPE
We deliver the full range of our furniture to the Uk and Europe, however due to the size of boxes the rates vary widely with your address. Please checkout as normal and we will get back to you with the best shipping costs by email within 24 hours.
Approximate cost for shipping a cot is £70 - £80 for most of Europe and N/Ireland
Is your item a gift?
Here at Cottage Toys and Interiors we are always trying to think of new ways to reduce our carbon footprint. We care about the environment and want to protect the planet for our children and future generations.
One area in which we are always trying to improve is that of packaging. Wherever possible we will always use a recycled external box. However, for smaller items that come in a bag it unfortunately this is not possible due to the courier's bag-it system. (These bag-it's are recyclable however.)
To try and keep our use of plastic packaging to a minimum we have now decided to use minimal or no bubble wrap for these items delivered inside bag-it's.
We believe it is the toy inside that counts and as long as this arrives safely the outer packaging is obsolete. This is supported by the fact that as parents ourselves we know that a child will not be upset if their box arrives dented, given said box will only be thrown away.
For the above mentioned it is therefore our comapny policy that we will not replace an item due to a damaged outer box.
We are aware however that sometimes an item ordered is a GIFT and you may be disappointed if it's box arrives with a dent or tear. (99% of the time this does not happen however.) Therefore for these items, if you wish, please select GIFT and additional packaging will be used.
Please note that we never send out a box other than in perfect condition and we trust our delivering partners to take care with our parcels so they arrive safely. Unfortunately however once the parcel leaves our care this is out of our hands.
We hope you agree that it's very important to do all we can to reduce global warming and this is just one small step in which we can help.
We are also curently in the process of looking into more ways to improve so that we can iliminate plastic completely, whilst ensuring that every single delivery arrives unscathed.
Please note delivery for large furniture pieces such as cots and beds are delivered by our dedicated delivery service.
They will will contact you direct prior to delivery to arrange a suitable day and time. Once you get our dispatch email deliver will be 1-2 days so please look out for any tracking.
If you miss your delivery there may be an additional delivery charge for re-delivery given this is a specialist furniture item.
If you would like to cancel your order prior to dispatch, please note that during our busiest period, October to December inclusive we are unable to cancel orders prior to dispatch as orders are sent to our warehouse immediately. To return an unwanted order please contact us for your returns form.
In the unlikely event that you are disappointed with any products that you receive you may return them to our warehouse address found on the homepage and a full refund, minus delivery charges will be given.
Return costs are borne by the customer. The condition to this is that we are informed of your intention and the item is returned within 14 days of receipt, and in an unused and re-saleable condition (inclusive of its original packaging). If an item has been opened and comes back to us in what we perceive to be an un-salable condition we will not be able to refund you.
It is our company policy not to replace an item due to a damaged outer box. Please see DAMAGED BOXES above.
Special pre order items such as beds and cots which are not stock items, these include all Oeuf and Incy Interiors furniture, that are ordered specifically for the customer are not eligible for a refund. Please note that all delivery times are an estimate and may change due to delays out of our control.
A re-stocking fee of 20% of the item value may also be applied, this included if you change your mind due to a late delivery. Any additional costs for returns of cots and furniture will be payable by the customer.
Cottage Toys and Interiors do not take any responsibility if instructed by the customer for any goods left in a safe place at their home or place of work. All our deliveries require a signature in order to process a return, exchange or refund.
All damages and faults should be reported to us immediately. In the case of transit damage please retain the original packaging, images of all damages must be provided. This does not include damage to packaging. In the unfortunate instance that a package arrives with a damages box replacement is at our discretion. Where a return is required please just contact us and we will liaise with you about the collection/return process.
With regards to products that are faulty, we will replace the component part where possible. If we cannot replace the faulty component we will then replace the whole product. In order to do this we must first receive the item back to ascertain the damages. We will also ask for detailed images via email. Please be assured that your statutory rights remain unaffected.
We must be notified within 7 days of your shipment notification for any missing parcels in order to process a full refund. For a refund to be issued we will first have to raise a query with our courier. We cannot be held responsible for any parcel that goes missing outside of this time frame.
Unfortunately we are unable to replace damaged or broken pieces through wear and tear. For a replacement to occur an item needs to arrive damaged and we must be notified immediately. Notification must also include images.
